I mainly work with adults facing anxiety, professional difficulties, significant life changes, or who are simply looking for more clarity, their own tools for everyday life.

How I work

My approach is warm, human, adapted to the pace, the style of each person. I combine different resources depending on what you need at each moment, with a practical, solution-oriented focus. Many people start noticing movement from the first sessions, though every process has its own rhythm.

First contact

Free Clarity Session (20 min)

Before we begin, I offer a free 20-minute session to get to know your situation, answer questions, assess together whether this is the right support for you. It's not a therapy session: it's a first, no-commitment contact.
