I work with companies that need to find, select talent, especially for IT, Ops positions, related profiles, from growing startups to more established organizations.

What problem I solve

I support the company as a Talent Partner in the process of finding the right person for the position it needs to fill. My background as a clinical psychologist brings something different: a real psychological evaluation of the candidate, beyond the résumé, that helps detect potential, areas for improvement, cultural fit with the team.
